Notice having been given and a public hearing held, as provided by law, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: that the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and NEW BEDFORD GAS AND EDISON LIGHT CO14P4WY be and they are hereby granted joint or identical locations for and permission to erect and maintain poles and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Companies may deem necessary,in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Companies dated the 24th day of September19 80 All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions.'— poles onditions.Poles shall be of sound timber, and reeaonably straight, and&hall be set substantially at the pants indi- cated upon the plan marked—N. E. T. & T. Co., No. 80-51 Dated 9-24-80 filed with said petition. There may be attached to said poles by &aid NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to eaeeed 40 wires and 4 cables. and by saidNEW BEDFORD GAS & EDISON LIGHT COMPANY not to exceed necessary wires, cables and fixtures - and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 14 16 feet from the ground dwsrhere. The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be erected, and the number of poles which may be erected thereon under this order:— ROUTE 28 ONE (1) POLE from Shellback Way northerly ONE (1) POLE from Shellback Way southerly (one pole to be removed) .4 Also that permission be and hereby is granted to each of said Companies to lay and maintain under- ground laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making con- nections with such poles and buildings as each may desire for distributing purposes.
