PETITION FOR POLE AND WIRE LOCATIONS <br /> To the Board of Selectmen <br /> of Mashpee , Massachusetts <br /> Cape Cod Gas Company requests permission to locate a line of wires, cables, <br /> poles, and fixtures, including the necessary sustaining and protecting fix- <br /> tures, along and across the, following public way or ways: <br /> One pole on the northerly side of Route 151 in the town of <br /> Mashpee, MA. This pole will provide electrical service to <br /> corrosion protection equipment. <br /> Wherefore it prays that after due notice and hearing as provided by law, it <br /> be granted a location for and permission to erect and maintain a line of wires, <br /> cables, and poles, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as it <br /> may find necessary, said poles to be erected substantially in accordance with <br /> the plan filed herewith marked: <br /> Dated: <br /> Also for permission to lay and maintain underground laterals, cables and wires <br /> in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making connections <br /> with such poles and buildings as it may desire for .distributing purposes. <br /> Cape Cod as Company <br /> B . n � - <br /> Ra and P.
