ORDER FOR POLE AND WIRE LOCATIONS <br /> In Board of Selectmen of the Town of Mashpee , Massachusetts. <br /> Notice having been given and a public hearing held, as provided by law, <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: <br /> that the Cape Cod Gas Company be and it is hereby granted a location' <br /> for and permission to erect and maintain a line of wires, cables and poles, <br /> together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Company may deem <br /> necessary, in the public way or ways he einafter referred to, . as requested in <br /> petition of said Company dated the th day of December 19 78 <br /> All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be <br /> set <br /> at the p9 nk�/' dicated upon the plan marked - Cape Cod Gas Company No. <br /> Dated 1 /b - filed with said petition. There may be attached to said <br /> poles not to exceed 3 wires and 1 cables and all of said <br /> wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not les than 16 feet from <br /> the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 1� feet from the ground <br /> elsewhere. <br /> The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles <br /> above referred to may be erected, and the number of poles which may be erected <br /> thereon under this order: <br /> One 35' pole to ether with required appurtenance on Route 151 <br /> (northerly side, Mashpee, MA.
