#947875 <br /> ORDER FOR JOINT OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS <br /> In Board of Selectmen of the Town of Mashpee Massachusetts. <br /> Notice having been given and a public hearing held, as provided by law, <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: <br /> that the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and COMMONWEALTH <br /> ELECTRIC -COMPANY <br /> be and they are hereby granted joint or identical locations for and permission to erect and maintain poles <br /> and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting <br /> futures as said Companies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested <br /> in petition of said Companies dated the 20th day of October 19 83 <br /> All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions:-- <br /> Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the pointe indi- <br /> cated upon the plan marked—N. E. T. & T. Co., No.83-64 Dated October 20, 1983 — <br /> filed with said petition. Them may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE. <br /> AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to mooed 40 wires and 4 cables. <br /> and by said COMMONWEALTH ELECTRIC COMPANY not to exceed necessary wires, cables, fiytures <br /> and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground <br /> at highway Wings, and not less than 16 feet from the ground elsewhere. <br /> The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be <br /> erected, and the number of poles which may be erected thereon under this order:— <br /> ROUTE 28 (State Highway) 2 POLE LOCATIONS - on the northerly side <br /> beginning approximately <br /> 785' westerly of the Rotary. <br /> (1 Pole to be removed) <br /> Also that permission he and hereby is granted to each of said Companies to lay and maintain under- <br /> ground laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making con- <br /> nections with such poles and buildings as each may desire for distributing purposes. <br /> I h bycertify that.the foregoing order was adopted at a meeting of the�ard of Selez ��}he--�T���own <br /> of................ ....... ............ ............_..... ... _...,..Massachusetts held on the ..v <br />
