ORDERED: That permission be and hereby is granted the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY to lay and maintain underground conduits and manholes, with the wires and cables to be placed therein, under the surface of the following public way or ways as requested in petition of said Company dated the 26TH day of APRIL 19 84 GREAT OAK RD. ONE (1) SERVINGAREATERMINAL WITH PAD ONE (1) ROADCROSSING 10' PROPOSED CONDUIT RUNNING NORTHWESTERLY FROM PROPOSED SERVING AREA TERMINAL TO EXISTING POLE 125/47 ENDING. PROPOSED 110' CONDUIT RUNNING NORTHERLY FROM PROPOSED ROAD CROSSING TO EXISTING MANHOLE 3120 ENDING.. GREAT NECK ROAD FOUR (4) MANHOLES (1 IS PARTLY ON PRIVATE PROPERTY) PROPOSED BURIED CABLE RUNNING 190' SOUTHERLY FROM PROPOSED MANHOLE ENTIRELY ON TOWN PROPERTY THENCE TURNING WESTERLY. Substantially as shown on plan marked—N. E. T. & T. CO., No.84-566 Dated 4-26-84 filed with said petition. Also that permission be and hereby is granted said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELE- GRAPH COMPANY to lay and maintain underground conduits, manholes, cables and wires in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making connections with such poles and buildings as it may desire for distributing purposes. The foregoing permission is subject to the following conditions: 1. The conduits and manholes shall be of such material and construction and all work done in such manner as to be satisfactory to the Board of Selectmen or to such officers as it may appoint to the supervision of the work, and a plan showing the location of conduits constructed shall be filed with the Town when the work is completed. 2. _ la�o®cn[t�nttf44ABitIhtR6A31ttlA@cEA1fRhBtlRm a Btl� 3. Said Company shall indemnify and save the Town harmless against all damages, costs and expense whatsoever to which the Town may be subjected in consequence of the acts or neglect of said Company, its agents or servants, or in any manner arising from the rights and privileges granted it by the Town. 4, In addition said Company shall, before a public way is disturbed for the laying of its wire or conduits, execute its bond in a penal sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) (reference being had to the bond already on file with said Town) conditioned for the faithful performance of its duties under this permit. 5. Said Company shall comply with the requirements of existing by-laws and such as may hereafter be adopted governing the construction and maintenance of conduits and wires, so far as the same are not inconsistent with the laws of the Commonwealth.
