932551 ""'aO"s u.1ORDER FOR JOINT OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS In Board of Selectmen of the Town of MASHPEE Massachusetts. Notice having been given and a public hearing held, as provided by law, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: that the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and COMMONWEALTH ELECTRIC COMPANY be and they are hereby granted joint or identical locations for and permission to erect and maintain poles and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Companies may deem necessary,in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Companies dated the 9TH day of MAY 19 84 All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions.— Poles onditions.Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indi- cated upon the plan marked—N. E. T. ,& T. Co., No. 84-25 Dated 5-9-84 filed with said petition. There may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to emceed 40 wires and 4 cable$. and by Said COMMONWEALTH ELECTRIC COMPANY NOT TO EXCEED NECESSARY WIRES,CABLES,FIXTURES and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 16 feet from the ground elsewhere. The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be erected, and the number of poles which may be erected thereon under this order:— ASHUMET ROAD TEN (10) POLES THREE (3) PUSH BRACE POLES TWO. (2) POLES TO. BE REMOVED ALL WESTERLY OF ROUTE 130 s THIS FORM SHOULD BE FILLED OUT AND SIGNED BY THE SELECTMEN AND DELIVERED TO THE TOWN CLERK WHO WILL FILE SAME IN HIS BOOK OF LOCATION RECORDS AS SPECIFIED IN CHAP. 506, ACTS OF 1911. Also that permission he and hereby is granted to each of said Companies to lay and maintain under- ground laterals, cables arld wires in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making con- nections with such poles and buildings as each may desire for distributing purposes.
