YO u/xi <br /> 932607 <br /> ""'`,.'�;""' ORDER FOR JOINT OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS <br /> In Board of Selectmen of the Town of MASHPEE Massachusetts. <br /> Notice having been given and a public hearing held, as provided by law, <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: <br /> that the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and <br /> COMMONWEALTH ELECTRIC COMPANY <br /> be and they an hereby granted joint or identical locations for and permission to erect and maintain poles <br /> and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting <br /> futures as said Companies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested <br /> in petition of add Companies dated the 14th day of NOV. 19 84 <br /> All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions:-- <br /> Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indi- <br /> cated upon the plan marked—N. E. T. & T. Co., No. 84-71 Dated 11-14-84 <br /> filed with said petition. There may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE. <br /> AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to ezceed 40 wires and 4 cables. <br /> and by 111kidCOMMONWEALTH ELECTRIC COMPANY NOT TO EXCEED NECESSARY WIRES,CABLES,FIXTURES <br /> and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground <br /> at highway crossings, and not less than 16 feet from the ground elsewhere. <br /> The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be <br /> erected, and the number of poles which may be erected thereon under this order <br /> ROUTE 28 ONE (1) POLE EASTERLY OF FALMOUTH/MASHPEE TOWN LINE <br /> Also that permission he and hereby is granted to each of said Companies to lay and maintain under- <br /> ground laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making con- <br /> nections with such poles and buildings as each may desire for distributing purposes. <br /> I hereby rectify that the foregoing order was adopted at a meeting of the Bo <br /> krd_of Selectmen of the Town <br /> of............M&SHPEE ss <br /> ...•_....................... _.. ........Maachusetts held on the ......9..V.....day of. <br /> 19 84. <br /> c�vrc. .dam <br /> Clerk o£ Selectmen <br />
