""" FORM°'° ORDER FOR JOINT POLE RELOCATION 1 947530 IN BOAaD OF SELECCMEN OF THE TOWN OF MASHPEE MASSACHUSETTS. ORDERED: That the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and COMMONWEALTH ELECTRIC COMPANY be and they are hereby granted a joint relocation for and permission to erect and maintain poles and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Companies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Companies dated the day of 19 All construction under this ortder shall be in accordanRy with the following 9nditions:— Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indi- cated upon the plan marked—N. E. T. & T. CO., No. 85-50 Dated 7-26-85 —flied with said petition. There may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to exceed 40 wires and 4 cables and by said COMMONWEALTH ELECTRIC COMPANY NOT TO EXCEED NECESSARY WIRES,CABLES,FIXTURES and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 16 feet elsewhere. The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be erected, and the number of poles which may be erected thereon under this order:— CENTRAL RD. (A/K/A MASHPEE. WAQUOIT RD. AND GREAT NECK ROAD ONE (1) POLE. EASTERLY OF QUASHNET ROAD ONE (1) POLE TO BE REMOVED Also that permission be and hereby is granted to each of said Companies to lay and maintain under- ground laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making con- *.rections with such poles and buildings as each may desire for distributing purposes.
