TOw/J <br /> 932227 <br /> ORDER FOR JOINT OR IDENTICAL POLELOCATIONS <br /> In Board bif'Selecimen of the Town'of MASHPEE Massachusetts. <br /> Notice having been given and a public hearing held: as provided by law, <br /> IT IS `HEREBY ORDERED: <br /> that the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and <br /> COMMONWEALTH ELECTRIC COMPANY <br /> i <br /> be and they an hereby granted joint or identical locations for and permission to erect and maintain poles <br /> and their respective wires and cables,to be,placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting <br /> fixtures as said Companies may deem necessary,in the.public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested <br /> in petition of said Companies dated the ,18th day of , JULY 19 88 <br /> All construction under this order shall be in accordance ith the following conditions <br /> Poles shall be of sound timber, and,reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indi- <br /> cated upon the plan marked—N. E. T. &'T. Co., No. 88-46 Dated . 7-19-88 <br /> filed with said petition. NOT TO EXCEED NECESSARY WIRES,CABLES,FIXTURES <br /> and all of said wires and cables shall be placedat a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground <br /> at highway crossings, and not less than 16 feet from the ground elsewhere. <br /> The following are the public ways or:parts„of ways along which the poles above refected to may be <br /> erected,and the number of poles which may be erected thereon under this order: <br /> MASHPEE NECK NINE (9) POLES WESTERLY OF SIMMONS NARROW ROAD <br /> ROAD <br /> Also that permission he and hereby is granted to each of said Companies to lay and maintain under- <br /> ground laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making con- <br /> nections with such poles and buildings as each may desire.. for distributing purposes. <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing order was adopted at a meeting of the Board of Selectmen of the Town <br /> MASHPEE .
