IT IS 'HEREBY-ORDERED that the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND. TELEGRAPH COMPANY and COMMONWEALTH ELECTRIC COMPANY be and they are hereby granted loin£or identical locations,for and permission to erect and maintain:poles and their respective wires and cables.to be.placed thereon, .together. with such sustaining and. protecting fixtures as said Companies may deem necessary,in the"public way or.ways.hereinafter referred to, as requested. in petition of said Companies dated the 9th day of MAY 1�9 All construction under this order-shall be in accotdance.with the following conditions.— Poles onditions.Poles shall be of sound timberand.reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indi- cated upon the plan marked'=NET.;& T .Ca Dated . 5 -89, filed with said petition. NOT TO EXCEED NECESSARY WIRES,CABLES,FIXTURES and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 16_ feet from the ground elsewhere. The following are, the public ways or.parts of ways along which the poles above refereed to may be erected, and the number.of poles which may be erected thereon under this order:— SAMPSONS MILL RD. (A/K/A/ OLD KINGS RD.) TWO (2) POLES EASTERLY OF CAPE DR. ONE (1) POLE TO BE REMOVED 1 Also that permission be and hereby is granted to each of said Companies to lay and maintain under- ground laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of malting con- nections with such poles and buildings as each may desire for distributing purposes.
