TELEGRAPH COMPANY and COMMONWEALTH ELECTRIC COMPANY be and they, are hereby granted joint or identical locations for and permission to erect and maintain poles and their respecti a wires.and cables to be placed tbereon, .togetber. with such sustaining and. protecting firtures as said Companies may deem neoessarjr,in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Companies dated the 11 _ day of .JUNE 19 90.
