ORDER FOR JOINT OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS In Board of Selectmen of the Town of Mashpee, Massachusetts. Notice having been given and a public hearing held, as provided by law, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: that the COMMONWEALTH ELECTRIC COMPANY and NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY be and they are hereby granted joint or identical locations for permission to erect and maintain poles and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Companies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to,as requested in petition of said Companies dated the 2nd day of October, 1998. All construction underthis order shall be in accordance with the following conditions: Poles shall be of sound timber and reasonably straight,and shall be set substantially at the points indicated upon the plan marked Plan No. 10210 Dated October 2, 1998 filed with said petition.There may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to exceed 40 wires and 4 cables. and by said COMMONWEALTH ELECTRIC COMPANY necessary wires, cables and fixtures and all said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 16 feet from the ground elsewhere. The following are public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be erected,and the number of poles which may be erected thereon under this order: ROUTE 151, east and west from Old Barnstable Road--------------------------------two poles. Also that permission be and hereby granted to each of said companies to lay and maintain underground cables, conduits, wires, and necessary equipment in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making connections with such poles and buildings as each may desire for distributing purposes. 1 hereby certify that the foregoing order was adopted at a meeting of the Board of Selectmen of the Town of Mashpee, Massachusetts held on the 2 day of November 11998.
