n <br /> ORDER FOR JOINT OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS <br /> In Board of Selectmen of the Town of Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice having been given and a public hearing held, as provided by law, <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: <br /> that the COMMONWEALTH ELECTRIC COMPANY and <br /> NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY <br /> be and they are hereby granted joint or identical locations for permission to erect and <br /> maintain poles and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with <br /> such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Companies may deem necessary, in the <br /> public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Companies dated <br /> the 30th day of September, 1999. <br /> All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions: <br /> Poles shall be of sound timber and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially <br /> at the points indicated upon the plan marked Plan No. 10252 Dated September 30, 1999 filed <br /> with said petition.There may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE <br /> AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to exceed 40 wires and 4 cables. <br /> and by said COMMONWEALTH ELECTRIC COMPANY necessary wires, cables and fixtures <br /> and all said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the <br /> ground at highway crossings, and not less than 16 feet from the ground elsewhere. <br /> The following are public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred <br /> to may be erected,and the number of poles which may be erected thereon under this order: <br /> OUINAOUISSET AVENUE from Mashpee/Barnstable Town Line,westerly--------One (1) Pole <br /> Also that permission be and hereby granted to each of said companies to lay and <br /> maintain underground cables, conduits, wires, and necessary equipment in the above or <br /> intersecting public ways for the purpose of making connections with such poles and <br /> buildings as each may desire for distributing purposes. <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing order was adopted at a meeting of the Board of <br /> Selectmen of the Town of Mashpee, Massachusetts held on the 1st. day of <br /> November 1999. <br /> Cler electmen. <br /> (OVER) Way E.
