Please submit a certified copy of the action <br /> taken on these votes by the Director of the Division of <br /> Marine and Recreational Vehicles. <br /> In answer to your question concerning the submittal <br /> of by-laws, the guideline you have is still effective. <br /> It will be updated shortly.
