311 <br /> TOVtN OF YIASHPEE <br /> Amendents to By-Laws <br /> ARTICLE 41. To see if the Town will vote to amend Chapter I <br /> Article if Section 2 of the Town By by rescinding said section <br /> as it now stands and by sub. :stituting the following: <br /> i <br /> "Every Town Meeting Warrant except as otherwise provic;ed by laws <br /> shall be directed to the Constable who shall forthwith give notice:, ! <br /> at :east seven (7) days before such meeting, by posting a copy of <br /> said warrant, one at the Town Hall, one at the Postoffice and one <br /> at each of the Town bulletin boards, and by causing to be published <br /> in a newspaper of general circulation within the town copy of said <br /> warrant'", NXXt�![ rsa�rx�arir�aa xi ��raaaa�a� j <br /> ACTION: Motion made and. seconded that article be accepted as amended. <br /> So voted.. <br /> ARTICLE 43. To see if the Townitwill vote to rescind that portion of <br /> Article 12 2, 3 and 4 of the anti-noise by-laws, adopted at the Special <br /> Town Fleeting of July 20, 1965, calling for a fine of $20.00 and amend <br /> said portion to read, ,." Any person violating this by-law shall be <br /> puni srled by a fine of not more than $:50.00 for each offense." <br /> _ACTION: Motion made and seconded that ,article be accepted as read. <br /> A unanimous vote. <br /> ARTICLE 44. To see if the Town will vote to amend Article 1, <br /> Section 1-A of Chapter 1 of the Town By-Laws by adding the following: f <br /> "All articles submitted for inclusion in the warrant of any Town 1.1eet- <br /> ing shall be printed or typewritten,, and in duplicate#" <br /> ACTION: Motiom made and seconded that article be accepted as read. <br /> A unanimous vote. r <br /> ARTICLE. 45: To see if the Town will volae to amend Article d, Section 1-.8 <br /> of Chapter 1 of the Town By-Lavas to read as follows: <br /> "All Town Reports from each departmentgTelected or appointed officials, <br /> shall be printed or typewritten and subn .tted to the Selectmen or Town <br /> Clerk on or before the second Monday of January in each year. <br /> ACTION: Motion made and seconded that article be accepted as read. <br /> A vote. <br /> A True copy Ann S.
