When this additional <br /> information is received, we will act as-Ipromptly as possible <br /> on the amendment. <br /> L: <br /> You have asked, also, about the present status of the <br /> amendments to town by-laws adopted at the annual town meeting <br /> held March 4, 1968, and at the special town meeting held May 13, yr <br /> ;1968. I regret to have to state that through various unfortunate <br /> circumstances, this office was unable to act upon these by-laws <br /> within 90 days after their submission by you and after you have <br /> had furnished all information requested by this office.
