SECTION 7: LAND SPACE REQUIRRAENTS <br /> 7.1 No building or structure shall be built nor shall any existing building <br /> or structure be enlarged or altered except in conformance with the regu- <br /> lations of this Zoning By-Law as to lot coverage, lot area, land area <br /> per dwelling unit, lot width, front, side and rear yards, and maximum } <br /> height of structures, in the several districts as set forth below except : ! <br /> as may otherwise be provided elsewhere in this Zoning By-Law. <br /> 7.11 prior to the proceeding with any new construction above the foundation, <br /> a Registered Land Surveyor shall certify to the Building Inspector that <br /> the structure has been located on the lot in compliance with all land <br /> space requirements. <br /> i <br /> 7.2 The land and yard spaces required for any new building or use shall not <br /> include any land or area required by any other building or use to fulfill FIs <br /> zoning requirements. <br /> 7.3 If more than one building (other than a one, two or three car garage, a <br /> tool-shed, a greenhouse or a cabana) may lawfully be placed on any lot in : s <br /> a single or common ownership, the distance between the nearest parts of <br /> such buildings shall be not less than twenty (20) feet. 4; ' <br /> 7.4 Land Space Requirements Table: See following page. ` $ <br /> q <br /> S, <br /> Land Space Requirments fable Footnotes <br /> (l) Frontage may be measured at the front yard set back line if the street <br /> is an arc of a curve with a radius of 300' or less provided there be in <br /> any event not less than sixty (60) feet width of such frontage at the lin <br /> street. <br /> (2) Not less than the frontage requirements shall be maintained throughout the <br /> � a I <br /> front yard depth, except as provided for in (1) above, 4 <br /> (3) On lots abutting streets or public ways on more than one side, the front !I ;I ! <br /> yard requirements shall apply to each of the abutting streets and <br /> public r ! 1 <br /> ways.
