(8) E>.cept 50' when abutting a residential zone. <br /> (9) Flood Plain restrictions are set forth in Section 11, j <br /> (10) All land space requirements shall apply to accessory uses. . <br /> (11) Where private subdicision roads serve only industry, minimum front yard <br /> depth may be seventy-five (75) feet, twenty-five (25) feet of which shall <br /> be left wooded or suitably landscaped and not to be used for parking. <br /> 7.5 In the C-1-SV Conv ercial District no building may cover more than 8000 sq. ft. <br /> of ground area. <br /> 7.6 Fire Protection. To insure that all buildings shall be accessible to fixe <br /> department apparatus by way of access roadways capable of supporting fire <br /> fighting apparatus with an all-weather surface roadway, there shall be an <br /> unobstructed, paved access roadway of a width of not less than 20' with a <br /> vertical clearance of not less than 1316" with all corners and curves having <br /> a minimum inside radius of not less than 28' and a minimum. outside radius of <br /> not less than 46' . Said access roadway shall be constructed to a point not less <br /> than 150' from the furthest point of any building on the lot. <br /> SE(M ICN 8: OFF-STREET PARICEM <br /> 8.1 No land shall be used and no building or structure shall be erected, enlarged <br /> or used unless the off-street parking space requirements are provided as <br /> specified in this section.
