Pny provisions of Section 7 of this Ily-Law to the <br /> 1A <br /> contrary notwithstandinc4, a Plfinned Retirement Community shall <br /> be allowed in q-1 and P- > 7.oninq districts in accordance with <br /> the following procedures and standards , <br /> 9.51 Site Eligibility - A PRC may only be deve-loned on one or <br /> more lots of land having a contiguous minimum total area <br /> of 150 acres. For this nurnose a lot shall be deemed to <br /> be contiguous to another lot if senarated only by' a public <br /> or private street or right of way, or by open space to <br /> J <br /> be used in common by residents of the PRC. Any lot which <br /> is contiguous to a PRC for which approval hereunder has <br /> been obtained may be developed as a part of the PRC, and <br /> shall be subject to the restriction of this Section Q. 5 <br /> as if said lot were originally nart of the lot comprising <br /> the PRC as to which approval was qranted. <br /> 9.52 Density. <br /> 9. 521 The total number of dwelling units Dermitted in a <br /> PRC shall not exceed the total number of acres contained <br /> within the perimeter boun0ary lines of the "RC, as shown <br /> on the Master Site Development Plan, multiplied by six. <br /> Each dwelling unit shall contain not more than two (2) <br /> bedrooms and shall be for the accommodation of only one <br /> family. <br /> Ee <br /> 9. 522 In determining the total area to be used in makinq <br /> the above computation, not more than tea (11) oer cent <br /> of any land comorising the parcel subject to seasonal <br /> and Periodic flooding shall be included nor shall any <br /> area covered by tidal. water, pond, lake, stream or river <br /> be included. <br /> 9. 523 In addition to the aforesaid residential builrii-no <br /> density, the aggrecato lot coverage devoted to the uses <br /> permitted under Section 9 . 1;3,iS -,hall not exceed one (1) <br /> p!er cent of the total numher of acres contained within <br /> the nerimeter boundary li-ries of the PRC, as shown on the <br /> Master Site Development Plan, <br /> 9.53 Permitted Uses - Within a PRC only the following uses, <br /> together with uses customarily accessory thereto shall be <br /> -33 - <br />
