Die applications shall be accompanied by the written <br /> consent of the ower or lessee of the premises upon which the sign <br /> is to be erected. 1' <br /> 2, New signs: A new sign shall not hereafter be erected, constructed, <br /> altered or maintained emozept as herein provided and until after a <br /> permit has been issued by the building inspector, and the band, if <br /> required, shall have bean filed in accordance with Section 10 $. <br /> Signs of over twenty (20) square .feet, existing as of the effective <br /> date of this by-law, shall have their continue use subject to the <br /> issuance of a permit from the building inspector.
