Outdoor Dining shall be allowed in <br /> commercial districts as .accessory use to <br /> an allowed eating place serving food and <br /> beverage, provided that visual screening <br /> shall be required in any area abutting a <br /> residential zone. Such screening shall , <br /> consist of a solid fence, wall or mature <br /> hedge or other screen-type planting of <br /> such a height as to screen any diners <br /> from view frorn the said residence zone. Upon <br /> issuance of a special permit, a mobile <br /> home or trailer may be used at a constr- <br /> uction site for a period of not more thar <br /> six months, except that the Building <br /> Inspector may extend the permission for <br /> additional six month successive periods <br /> while construction is continuing.
