Littering of Streets. Na person shall <br /> throw or sweep into, or place , or drop , <br /> or suffer to remain in any street , any <br /> hoops, boards, or other wood with nails <br /> projecting therefrom, or nails of any <br /> j kind, shavings, asked, hair , manure , <br /> rubbish , offal or filth of any kind, <br /> or any noxious or refuse liquid or solid <br /> substance . <br /> I <br /> i Section 4. 1 .2 Runoff Into Streets. No person shall <br /> allow any sink water or other impure <br /> liquid to run from the house , barn or lot , <br /> occupied by him into any street of the <br /> town . <br /> Section 4. 1 .5 Junk Collection . No person shall barter , <br /> or trade and collect junk without a license <br /> from the Selectmen of the town . <br /> Section 4. 1 .4 Town Dump . The Mashpee Town Dump shall <br /> be restricted to use by residents only. <br /> All residents must dump in designated <br /> locations. All commercial garbage and <br /> j trucking outfits must be approved by the <br /> Board of Health . No autos or parts of autos <br /> will be accepted.
