it <br /> i <br /> Article 4.5 Regulations Relative to Good Order• <br /> Section 4.5. 1 Excessive or Unusual Noises. <br /> a. It shal l be unlawful for any •person or <br /> persons occupying or having charge of any <br /> j buildings, dwellings, shelters, boat , <br /> conveyance , or premises or any part <br /> j thereof in the Town , other than that <br /> i <br /> section of any establishment licensed under <br /> Chapter 138 of the General Laws, to cause <br /> or suffer or allow between the hours of <br /> 10 :00 p .m. to 8:00 a.m. any unnecessary <br /> loud, excessive , or unusual noises in the <br /> operation of any radio, phonograph , or <br /> other machanical sound-making device or <br /> instrument , or reproducing device or <br /> instrument or in the play of any band, <br /> orchestra, musician or group of musicians, or in <br /> the use of any device to amplify the aforesaid, <br /> i. or the making of loud outcries, <br /> exclamations or other loud or boisterous <br /> noises or loud and boisterous singing by <br /> any person or group of persons or in the <br /> use of any device to amplify the aforesaid <br /> noise , where the noise is plainly audible <br /> at a distance of 150 feet or more from the <br /> building, structure , vehicle , or premises <br /> in which or from which it is produced. <br /> Any person violating this by-law shall be <br /> punished by a fine of not more than <br />! $50 .00 for each offense . <br /> b. Any person who is present in any <br /> building, dwelling, shelter , boat , <br /> conveyance , or premises or any part <br /> thereof at any time when a violation of <br />�I By-Law 4.5. 1a occurs shall be deemed to <br /> have made , aided, caused, suffered, <br /> countenanced, or otherwise assisted in the <br /> making of the said improper noises and <br /> shalt be punished by a fine of not more <br /> 1 than $50 .00 for each offense . <br /> Section 4.5.2 Alcoholic Beverages - Minors It shall be <br /> unlawful for any person who has not <br /> attained the age as determined, from time <br /> to time , by the General Court of the <br /> Commonwealth of Massachusetts as being <br /> the lawful age for consumption of <br /> alcohol to consume or knowingly have in <br /> his or her possession alcoholic beverages <br /> on public highways, including vehicles <br /> i <br /> thereon , or in public places within the <br /> i <br /> i <br /> i <br /> I <br /> i <br /> -52- <br /> i <br />
