iI <br /> i <br /> Superintendent of Streets is authorized to <br /> remove or cause to be removed to some <br /> convenient place , including a public <br /> garage , any vehicle interfering with the <br /> work of removing or plowing snow, or <br /> removing ice , from any way in Town . The <br /> cost of such removal and of the storage <br /> charges, if any, resulting therefrom shall <br /> be imposed upon the owner of such vehicle , <br /> but in no event shall such liability exceed <br /> $20 .00 . <br /> Section 4.6.5 Gas Stations. Any gas station <br /> established in the Town of Mashpee shall <br /> be required to meet all the rules and <br /> regulations set forth by the State Fire <br /> Marshall 's Office and any additional rules <br /> and regulations required by the local fire <br /> chief . Prior to the effective date of any <br /> such additional rules and regulations, the <br /> fire chief shall submit same to the Board <br /> of Selectmen for approval ; and the same <br /> become effective upon said approval . <br /> Section 4.6.6 Alarm System <br /> Any new structure containing more than one <br /> dwelling unit to be built in the Town of <br /> Mashpee , including but not limited to <br /> structures known as condominiums, shall <br /> have installed an alarm system so <br /> prescribed by the Fire Chief as follows: <br /> Smoke detectors shall be installed on each <br /> level including the basement of each unit <br /> within the structure as prescribed by the <br /> Massachusetts State Building Code . These <br /> smoke detectors shall be local to the unit <br /> and wired on an essential circuit within <br /> the unit , such as the kitchen circuit . <br /> There shall be a rate of rise/fixed <br /> temperature heat detector installed on <br /> each level inlcuding the basement of each <br /> unit within the structure and a prescribed <br /> number of heat detectors in each attic <br /> space over each unit depending on the size <br /> of the attic . There shall be a fixed <br />' ! temperature heat detector in the room or <br /> space which houses the heating plant for <br /> each unit or structure. <br /> These heat detectors shall be part of a <br /> complete , closed alarm system, local to the <br /> entire building or structure , therefore <br /> i -66- <br />
