j <br /> 2. The Clerk of the Court in whose <br /> jurisdiction such finding ha., been made shall be <br /> requested to notify the Town Clerk where the <br /> guilty person resides. Plotificaton must then be <br /> made to the individual involiced demanding that <br /> the license be surrendered. In addition , the <br /> Town Clerk may not issue a dog license or tag to <br /> that individual far a period of two ,Years from <br /> the date of his being found guilty or penalized. <br /> Section 4. 14.6 Monthly Returns <br /> 1 . License Fees <br /> The Town Clerk shall receive the money for dog <br /> licenses and tags and pay it into the treasury <br /> of the town . The Town Clerk shall furnish a <br /> monthly report of dogs licensed to the Animal <br /> Control Officer and the Police Department . <br /> Section 4. 14.7 Reimbursement for Livestock or Poultry b: i 11 ?d or <br /> injured by Unknot,,in Dogs. <br /> I .
