If the Town Collector is linable to make prompt collection of the accounts committed to him under this ByL.at.�+ , he shall so certify to the Selectmen t,.iho shall enforce collection by suit or otherwise , in accordance with the provisions of the Statutes and the ByLaaws of the Town . Article 2. 4 Town Counsel Section 2 . 4 . 1 Term of Office .
