The Chief <br /> of Police , at the request of the Town <br /> Counse 1 and by order of the Se 1 ec tmen , <br /> shall assign a competent police officer <br /> to the legal department to act under the <br /> direction of the T vin Counsel in the <br /> investigation of claims against the <br /> Tot.-.in and to assi t him in the trial and <br /> preparation for tr• i al of any 1 i t i g.at i on to <br /> k-vh i ch the Town is a party . <br /> Article 2. 5 Board of Health <br /> Section 2.5. 1 Membership . The voters of the Town shall <br /> choose by ballot , beginning with the <br /> annual election in March of 1960 , three <br /> members to constitute a Board of Health <br /> under the provisions of General Lat&is, <br /> Chapter 41 , Section 1 ; provided that at the <br /> 1960 election , members of the Board of <br /> Health shall be elected, one . for .a term of <br /> three years, one for a. term of two years, <br /> .and one for a term of one year ; subsequent <br /> annual elections to choose one member for a <br /> term of three near; . <br /> Section 2 .5.2 Chairman . The Board of Health shall <br /> annual 1 y in May elect one of its member <br /> as Chairman of the Board. <br /> j Section 2.5. 3 Clerk or Secretary .
