f_ <br /> C <br /> 5 . 5 .6 Nothing in this section shall be construed to apply to <br /> lots in a commercial or industrial district or to <br /> allow any building or improvement which is prohibited <br /> or limited by any regulation , finding or order of the <br /> Board of Health or any other Town , State or Federal <br /> agency . Nothing in this section shall be construed to <br /> allow any residential density or type of residential <br /> or other use which was allowed by a special permit <br /> where (a ) said special permit has expired under any <br /> provisions of these by- laws , or (b ) the use allowed <br /> has been discontinued for a period of more than two <br /> years . <br /> 5 . 5 . 7 If a lot obtains its legal frontage on , or requires <br /> access via a road shown on a subdivision plan as <br /> defined in M. G. L. Chapter 41 , Section 81 , which <br /> plan has been approved by the Planning Board , no <br /> building may be constructed on said lot unless <br /> the roads shown on such plan have been installed in <br /> accordance with Planning Board requirements , if any , <br /> in effect at the time the plan was submitted to the <br /> Planning Board where a release of the road covenant <br /> or release of other security has been obtained from <br /> the Board , or in accordance with current Planning ' <br /> Board requirements where no road covenant or security <br /> has been so released . <br /> xy I' <br /> t i <br /> rt-- <br /> Vii_ <br /> r, <br /> ,t <br /> 5 - 3 <br />
