Submission of large segments of the OSID <br /> phases , or an entire phase, is encouraged . <br /> (b ) Within thirty-five (35 ) days of the receipt of <br /> the application , the Committee shall review <br /> the application at an advertised public <br /> meeting with regard to conformance with the <br /> provisions and conditions of the OSID special <br /> permit , any other applicable Town by-laws and <br /> regulations , and the attractiveness and <br /> appropriateness of the design . <br /> (c ) Within ninety (90 ) days of said meeting , <br /> _ unless an extension of time is requested in <br /> writing by the applicant , the Committee shall <br /> make a written decision and conditions <br /> regarding the application and transmit them <br /> forthwith to the Planning Board along with <br /> copies of the plans required under (a ) above , <br /> as approved , denied or modified . <br /> (d ) Said decision and conditions shall be reviewed <br /> by the Planning Board along with the items <br /> required under (a ) above , at a public meeting <br /> held within thirty-five (35 ) days of their <br /> .receipt from the Design Review Committee in <br /> order to determine their conformance with the <br /> provisions and conditions of the OSID special <br /> permit and the requirements of this Zoning <br /> By-Law. <br /> (e ) Within ninety (90 ) days of such meeting , the _ <br /> Board shall vote to 1 ) concur with said <br /> decision and conditions , 2) require amendments <br /> or add conditions to said decision , 3 ) reverse . , <br /> said decision with an explanation of the <br /> reasons for such action , or 4 ) remand said <br /> decision to the Design Review Committee for <br /> re-hearing with an explanation of the reasons <br /> for said action . A, notice of the Board ' s <br /> action shall be delivered within twenty (20 ) <br /> days to the applicant , the Design Review <br /> Committee and the Town Clerk. The Board may <br /> require only one remand for rehearing by the <br /> Design Review Committee. <br /> (f ) After final approval by the Design Review <br /> Committee and Planning Board , the applicant <br /> may apply to the Building Inspector to <br /> construct any structures so approved. The. <br /> Building Inspector shall require that prior to <br /> the issuance of any building permit , the <br /> applicant show proof that any permit is in <br /> conformance with the OSID Special Permit , any <br /> 9 - 23 <br />
