C <br /> involving a special permit a site plan showing <br /> location of buildings , drainage , and utilities shall <br /> be submitted in duplicate and Board of Appeals shall <br /> submit one ( 1 ) copy to the Planning Board for its <br /> review and comments . The Planning Board shall submit <br /> a written report to the Board of Appeals within thirty <br /> ( 30 ) days of the receipt of said site plan . Where <br /> the decision of the Board of Appeals differs from the <br /> recommendations of the Planning Board the reasons <br /> therefor shall be clearly stated in writing . <br /> 6 . 2 . 1 Any Special Permit granted by the Board of Appeals <br /> shall be issued only following a public hearing <br /> which shall be held within 65 days after the filing <br /> of an application therefore with the Town Clerk , a <br /> copy of which shall forthwith be given to the Board <br /> of Appeals by the applicant . <br /> 6.2 .2 Any special permit hereinafter granted by the <br /> Board of Appeals shall lapse within two years from <br /> the grant thereof , including such time required to <br /> pursue or await the determination of any appeal , <br /> if a substantial use thereof has not sooner commenced <br /> except for good cause , or in the case of a permit for E <br /> construction , if construction has not begun by such <br /> date except for good cause . <br /> 6 .2 . 3 Any use , whether or not on the same parcel as <br /> activities permitted as a matter of right , accessory r {' , <br /> to activities permitted as a matter of right , which `; ' ! <br /> activities are necessary in connection with <br /> scientific research or scientific development or <br /> related production , may be permitted upon the <br /> issuance of a special permit provided the Board <br /> of Appeals finds that the proposed accessory use <br /> does not substantially derogate from the public Y3a ` <br /> good . <br /> 6. 3 Land Use Regulations : See following pages . , <br /> A <br /> f <br /> 1 <br /> 1� <br /> f <br /> 4 z, <br /> 6 - 2 <br />
