B. The Committee shall be the municipal body with lead responsibility for <br /> coordinating actions of the Town agencies to implement natural resource related <br /> sections of the Local Comprehensive Plan and the Coastal Resource Management i <br /> Plan and Municipal Harbor Plan(CRMP and MHP). The Committee shall be j <br /> responsible for reviewing natural resource related sections of the Local. <br /> Comprehensive Plan, and recommending any changes thereto to the Board of <br /> Selectmen. The Committee shall also be responsible for reviewing any updated <br /> Coastal Resources Management Plan and Municipal Harbor Plan (CRMP and <br /> MHP) and recommending changes as necessary. <br /> C. The Committee may evaluate past actions and policies, recommend future j <br /> actions and policies, hold public meetings and hearings, seek adoption of bylaws <br /> and administrative procedures, and comment on projects which may have a <br /> significant impact on natural resources. <br /> i . <br /> D. Unauthorized <br /> Vehicles May be Removed at Owner's Expense"; shall be as near as possible to a j <br /> building entrance or walkway; shall be adjacent to curb ramps or other unobstructed <br /> methods permitting sidewalk access to a handicapped person; and shall be twelve feet ?i <br /> wide or two eight-foot wide areas with four feet of cross hatch between them.
