Article 33 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaw by adding the following new Subsection 174-2.B <br /> (15)to the Mashpee Zoning Bylaw"Table of Use Regulations": <br /> "(15)Golf driving range operated as a business for gain,with access only from Main Street(Route 130)if <br /> located in an I-1 industrial zoning district." <br /> And to indicate that such use is allowed by special permit in the C-1,C-1-O,C-1-SV,C-2 and I-1 districts <br /> by adding the letters"SP"in the Table of Use Regulations under those columns,while leaving the R-3 and <br /> R-5 columns blank to indicate that such use is not allowed in those residential districts,or take any other <br /> action related thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Planning Board <br /> G <br /> Explanation: This article would allow the development of for-profit golf driving ranges in the industrial <br /> zoning district located in the northwestern part of the town off Route 130,in addition to the commercial <br /> districts in which they are currently permitted.
