THE BOARD OF APPEALS OF THE TOWN OF MASHPEE: <br />The undersigned hereby petitions the Board of Appeals for <br />Permit under the terms of the Zoning By -Laws of the Town of <br />, Chapter III, Article II, Section F.V. , at premises: <br />Junction of Red Brook, Rock Landing and Wading Place Roads in <br />uth Mashpee and containing 2.2 acres. See Plan of Land, Whitney <br />Bassett, Engrs., dated January, 1970, attached. For Petitioner's <br />tle, see deed dated January S. 1970, recorded in Boob: 1460, Page ' <br />the following respect: <br />To change from Zoning District R-125 (Chapter III, Article II, <br />F) to be included in Cluster Zoning District, Chapter III, <br />II, Section F.V., adding thereby six (6) dwelling units and <br />s.f. of commercial area to Section 6 in accordance with deed to <br />of Mashpee, Document No. 92,606, on file at Barnstable County <br />try of Deeds, Book 266, Page 53. <br />any limitation, extension, change, alteration or modification of <br />, or method of use as may at hearing appear as necessary or <br />in the premises. <br />State Briefly Reasons for Special Permit <br />Petitioner desires to have included in the Cluster Zoning <br />trict the above described parcel of land which comprises approx. <br />.2 acres, all contiguous parcels are already in the Cluster Zoning <br />trict. The intent and purpose of the Zoning By -Law would not be <br />ted by allowing this petition, and substantial hardship <br />result to the Petitioner by reason of location of parcel <br />on all sides by the Cluster Zoning District.
