Iaw,amendments,as to land shown on <br />plans endorsed "Approval Not Required" :(by the'Planning Bmrd)'. <br />Among the statutes which', bear on this question is Section II .of Chapter <br />40A of the General: Laws Mich provides In per..tinent.part,,,as fol lows.
