Lawrence <br />Randolph Peters <br />Clara Keliinui <br />Petition: Massasoit Realty Trust, for a Special Permit for a plan of condominiums to be <br />known as Massasoit Crossing. <br />Facts: The petitioer has requested a Special Permit for 163 one and two bedroom condo- <br />minium units on 32.72 acres of land located on the South side of Route 28 near <br />the Falmouth - Mashpee line. <br />1 • The land is currently zoned R-1 <br />The petitioner has met or exceeded all of the requirements as established in <br />Section 9 Zoning By -Laws of the Town of Mashpee. <br />The 163 units represent a density of 4.98 per acre. <br />Decision: The Board herewith grants to Massasoit Realty Trust a Special Permit to <br />construct one hundred sixty-three (163) one and two bedroom condominium <br />units and one (1) three bedroom managers apartment as per pland submitted to <br />the Appeals Board on December 20, 1972 with and including the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The permit is granted based upon the plans submitted <br />December 20, 1972. Any and all changes in this plan must meet <br />with the approval of the Mashpee Appeals Board. <br />2. A site plan showing the location of all made, utilities, <br />buildings, walkways and recreation areas shall be given to the <br />Planning Board for their approval. <br />3. Architectural renderings showing floor plans and elevations shall <br />be submitted to the Planning Board for their records. <br />4.
