Decision of the'Board of Appeals on the appeal and petition of Massasoit Realty Trust Hearing: December 20, 1972; 8:00 p.m. Board Members: Peter M. Lawrence Randolph Peters Clara Keliinui Petition: Massasoit Realty Trust, for a Special Permit for a plan of condominiums to be known as Massasoit Crossing. Facts: The petitioer has requested a Special Permit for 163 one and two bedroom condo- minium units on 32.72 acres of land located on the South side of Route 28 near the Falmouth - Mashpee line. 1 • The land is currently zoned R-1 The petitioner has met or exceeded all of the requirements as established in Section 9 Zoning By -Laws of the Town of Mashpee. The 163 units represent a density of 4.98 per acre. Decision: The Board herewith grants to Massasoit Realty Trust a Special Permit to construct one hundred sixty-three (163) one and two bedroom condominium units and one (1) three bedroom managers apartment as per pland submitted to the Appeals Board on December 20, 1972 with and including the following conditions: 1. The permit is granted based upon the plans submitted December 20, 1972. Any and all changes in this plan must meet with the approval of the Mashpee Appeals Board. 2. A site plan showing the location of all made, utilities, buildings, walkways and recreation areas shall be given to the Planning Board for their approval. 3. Architectural renderings showing floor plans and elevations shall be submitted to the Planning Board for their records. 4. Road profiles showing road layoutso drainagep utilities, pavingg and a cross section of pavement and drainage structures must be submitted and approved by the planning. board. 1 FORM 1095 HOBBS 3 WARREN.
