COLLINS, <br />JOSEPH DELANEY# RICHARDSON JONAS and WILLIAM LEHMAnN, <br />all of the town of Mashpee in the County of Barnstable, <br />as they are members of and constitute the <br />PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MASUPEE <br />APPEAL UNDER THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL LAW <br />Now comas the Petitioner in the above -entitled <br />matter, and, being aggrieved by a decision of the <br />Planning Board of the Town of.Barnstable under the pro- <br />visions of the Subdivision Control Law and invoking the <br />provisions of Chapter 41, Section 91-BB, says as <br />follows; <br />1. On March 21, 1973,' the Petitioner submitted to <br />Respondent Planning Board for approval a definitive <br />plan of land situated in the Town of Mashpee known as <br />'Section C' of a subdivision entitled 'Santuit Woods." <br />The plan is dated March,._1973. <br />2. On April 4, 1973,"the Planning Board held a <br />public hearing concerning said plan. <br />3. The Petitioner is informed, believes and, <br />therefore, avers that the Respondents, all residents of <br />the Town of Mashpae, a municipal corporation in the <br />County of Barnstable, are the members of and constitute <br />
