TOWN OF MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS <br />ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />PETITIONER: NEW SEABURY CORPORATION <br />NO. . 1 / 73' 1 <br />HEARING DATE: DECEMBER 159 1972 <br />FINDINGS and DECISION <br />New Seabury Corporation filed a Petition <br />entitled "Notice of Appeal from a Decision or Order of the <br />Assistant Building Inspector", dated November 29, 1972. <br />Notice of hearing was duly advertised December 5th and <br />December 12th, 1972 in a newspaper of general circulation <br />in Mashpee, "The Falmouth Enterprise" (copy of notice <br />appended hereto) and all persons requiring notice by <br />applicable statutes were duly notified by mail. <br />Locus is in R-1 zone on the southerly side of <br />Shore Drive West and is shown on plan attached to Petitioner's <br />application as "locus". The parcel is irregularly shaped <br />and is said to contain 175,000 square feet in area. <br />Petitioner stipulated that the decision herein <br />should not be used as a precedent in an anticipated <br />court proceeding contesting the application of the 1971 <br />Zoning By -Law as to the adjacent areas owned by Petitioner. <br />Page -1- <br />
