Present use of premises: The land has been cleared and graded; a <br />septic system has been installed; concrete. footings have been <br />placed; foundations poured and framing to second story has taken <br />place; all in accordance with building permits numbers 1547, <br />1548 and 1549 issued by the Building Inspector, and signed by the <br />Selectmen dated January 19, 1972; disposal works construction <br />permit #14 issued by the Mashpee Board of Health and dated <br />January 19, 1972; and approval of the Massachusetts Department <br />of Public Health, Division of Environmental Health by letter dated <br />July 5, 1972. <br />1 <br />9. Proposed use of premises: Three buildings, each containing 24 dwelling <br />units, all as shown on plans on file with the Building Inspector. <br />10. Additional facts: Construction work under the building permits dated <br />January 19, 1972 began April 6, 1972 and continued without <br />interruption until it reached the point of framing to the second <br />floor of each building. <br />On November 211, 1972, without previous warning or explanation, <br />the permits were removed from the job site by the Assistant <br />Building Inspector. On November 24, 1972, New Seabury Corporation <br />received a letter as follows: <br />'Dear Sir: <br />Because of the violation of Mashpee zoning laws,. I must revoke <br />permits on condominiums on Triton Sound until further notice. <br />Sincerely, <br />s/ Harold Collins <br />Assistant Building Inspector" <br />11. Grounds of this appeal: New Seabury Corporation is aggrieved by this <br />decision or order of the Assistant Building Inspector and says that <br />he acted erroneously and under a misapprehension of the applicable, <br />facts and law; that New Seabury Corporation 'is entitled, as a matter <br />
