TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF-APPEALS <br /> Re : Application for Special Permit submitted by Kenneth M. <br /> Vokey, 117 Spectacle Pond Road , Hatchville , MA and <br /> Donald A. Lohr , Main Street, Waquoit, MA. <br /> DECISION <br /> A petition was duly filed by the Petitioner for a Special <br /> Permit under Section 6. 3 F-3 Land Use Regulations for the <br /> Mashpee Garage , Route 130 , Mashpee , Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters and owners of:_land <br /> next adjoining the land of abutters. Notice was also given <br /> by publication in the Falmouth Enterprise , a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday , June 1 , 1977 at 8 : 30 p.m. , at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present; Michael Makunas , Chairman ; Clara L. Keliinui , Vice <br /> Chairman ; and Linda Edson Hendricks , Clerk. <br /> The following information was provided by the Petitioner. <br /> 1. All work would be carried on within the building. <br /> 2. Petitioner felt the Town was in need of this type <br /> i of light industry as there is no other body shop <br /> in Mashpee. <br /> c <br />
