TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Re : Application of Mrs . Guy Sharp Peterson (Ann Putnam <br /> Peterson ) for a variance to frontage requirements. <br /> FACTS <br /> A petition was duly filed by the Petitioners for a <br /> variance to Section 7. 1 of the Zoning By-Law as pertains to <br /> minimum frontage requirements in a residentially zoned area. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws , Chapter 40A as amended by <br /> Chapter 808 of the Acts of 1975. Notice was given by publi- <br /> cation by publishing in the Falmouth Enterprise , a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on : November ,l , <br /> 1977 and November 8 , 1977 , a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday, November 16 , 1977 at 8 :00 P .M. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were present <br /> and acting throughout: Clara L. Keliinui , Chairman ; Linda <br /> Edson Hendricks , Clerk ; and Michael Makunas , Vice Chairman. <br /> Petitioner submitted a plan of her land to the Board , <br /> identified in the Assessors office as Land Court Plan 11408-.C , <br /> Sheet 2 , purchased during 1972. This plan show`s% Petitioner ' s <br /> Lots 24 through 29 located at the tip end of Daniel ' s Island , <br /> South Mashpee , partially surrounding a "paper" cul de sac. <br />
