TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> Re : Application of RONALD J. COSTA SR. for a Special Permit <br /> A petition was duly filed by the Petitioner for a <br /> Special Permit under Section 6. 3, Section F. 1 , 3 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws to erect and operate a gasoline station. <br /> on commercially zoned land - located at Route 151 and <br /> Algonquin Avenue , Mashpee , MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws , Chapter 40A as amended by <br /> Chapter 808 of ' the Acts of 1975. Notice was given by <br /> publication by publishing in the Falmouth Enterprise , <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee <br /> on June 13 , 1978 and June 20, 1978 , a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the <br /> i <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, June 28 , 1978 at 7 : 30 p.m. <br /> at which time the following members of the Board . of <br /> Appeals were present and acting throughout: Michael <br /> Makunas, Chairman Pro Tem; Robert J. Houle, Clerk; and <br /> Peter L. Langler, Alternate. <br />
