TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> Re : Application of RAYMOND SOUZA for a Special Permit <br /> A petition was duly filed by the Petitioner for a Special <br /> Permit under Section 5.4 of the Zoning By-laws to replace <br /> a trailer destroyed by fire , with a larger unit on his <br /> property located on Lowell Road, Lot No. 32 , Mashpee , <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given .to abutters in accordance with <br /> bMassachusetts General Laws , Chapter 40A as 'amended by <br /> Chapter 808 of the Acts of 1975. Notice was given by <br /> publication by publishing in the Falmouth Enterprise , a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee <br /> on June 6 , 1978 and June 13 , 1978. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall on Wednesday, June 21 , 1978 at 7 : 30 p.m. <br /> at which time the following members of the Board of Appeals <br /> were present and acting throughout: Michael Makunas , <br /> Chairman Pro Tem; Robert J. Houle , Clerk ; and Peter L. <br /> Langler, Alternate. <br /> It was unanimously voted by the Board and pursuant <br /> to Section 5.4 of the Zoning By-laws , to permit the Peti- <br /> tioner to replace the mobile home, destroyed by fire , with <br /> another mobile home of substantially the same size and <br />
