TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Re : Application of Mr. William Martiros for a variance <br /> to sideline requirements. <br /> Facts <br /> A petition was duly filed by the Petitioner for a <br /> variance to Section 7. 1 of the Land Space Requirements as <br /> pertains to minimum sideline requirements in a residentially <br /> zoned area. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with <br /> Massachusetts General Laws , Chapter 40A as amended by <br /> Chapter 808 0£ the Acts of 1975. Notice was given by publi- <br /> cation by publishing in the Falmouth Enterprise , a newspaper <br /> of general circula£ion in the Town of Mashpee on December 13 , <br /> 1977 and December 23 , 1977 , a copy of which is attached hereto, <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> t <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall on Wednesday , January 4 , 1977 at 8 :00 P .M. at which <br /> time the following members of the Board of Appeals were <br /> present and acting throughout : Clara L.
