TOWN OF MASHHE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> Ret Petition of Carl F. Masteller for a Variance <br /> A petition was duly filed by Carl F. Masteller of Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> for a Variance of the Land Space Requirements, Section 7.4, for permission to vary <br /> the side line requirements on property located at 62 James Circle, Mashpee, <br /> Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General laws, Chapter 40A as amended by Chapter 808 of the Acts of 1975. Notice <br /> was given by publication by publishing in the Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on October 23, 1979 and November 2, 1979 <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, November 7, 1979 at 8sOO p.m, at which time the following members of <br /> the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughoutt Raymond G. Sweeney, <br /> Peter L. langler, Peter Muse. <br /> The Board found that the Petitioner established, to the satisfaction of <br /> the Board, a hardship unique to the particular property. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board voted unanimously to <br /> grant the variance as requested. <br /> MASHPEE BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> BYs <br /> CE1VE <br /> DE 1l 9 <br /> -GB �Oircf <br /> tIR I 7 K <br />
