TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> Rei Petition of Genevive Norcott for a Variance <br /> A petition was filed by Genevive Norcott of Andover, Massachusetts <br /> for a Variance under Section 7.4 of the Land Space Requirements for <br /> permission to vary the 15-foot minimum side yard depth, and finish off the ..o <br /> house in order to obtain an occupancy permit. on property located at 63 <br /> s, <br /> Tracy Lane, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> it 1 <br /> General Laws, Chapter 40A as amended by Chapter 808 of the Acts of 1975. <br /> Notice was given by publication by publishing in.the Falmouth Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on August 17, 1979, <br /> and August 24, 1979, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpse Town Hall on <br /> Wednesday, September 5, 1979 at 8100 p.m. at which time the following members <br /> J <br /> of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughouti Michael Makunas, <br /> Chairman, Peter L. Langler, Raymond G.
