NOTICE OF APPEAL <br /> TO: BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> Town Offices <br /> Mashpee, MA02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A, Section 16, notice is hereby given that John C. <br /> Sterge, Trustee of Leisure Homes Realty Trust appeals from the <br /> issuance by the Inspector of Buildings of the Town of Mashpee of <br /> two (2) building permits to Gilmore Paving & Contracting, Inc. , <br /> said permits being dated March 1, 1976 and being numbered respec--- <br /> tively 2641 and 2642. Building permit #2641 authorizes the con- <br /> struction and occupancy of a building for manufacturing of bitu- <br /> minous concrete and building permit #2642 authorizes the construc- <br /> tion and occupancy of a building for the manufacturing of concrete. <br /> John C. Sterge, Trustee of Leisure Homes Realty Trust, <br /> is aggrieved by the issuance by the Inspector of Buildings of the <br /> aforementioned building permits and makes this appeal pursuant to <br /> the provisions of General Laws Chapter 40A, Section 13 . <br /> The grounds for this appeal are as follows : <br /> 1. The use of the buildings authorized by the afore- <br /> mentioned building permits for the manufacturing of bituminous <br /> concrete and the manufacturing of concrete is not a permitted use <br /> under the provisions of the Town of Mashpee Zoning By-Law. <br /> 2 . The manufacturing of bituminous concrete and the <br /> manufacturing of concrete does not constitute the manufacturing <br /> of goods. <br />
