MINORITY DECISION <br /> The decision was unanimous to deny this Petition for a Special <br /> Permit, however, 4 decision to deny is for reasons other than stated in <br /> Paragraph #7 and Paragraph #8. <br /> This Board 1s required to sake decisions within a timeframe of <br /> ninety (90) days from the date of the Public Nearing. This Special Permit <br /> would be automatically approved by more passage of time if the decision was <br /> not filed within this time period. The size of a project such as this, <br /> required that the Board seek inputs from many other sources (examples Town <br /> Counsel, Planning Board, Conservation Commission, Building Inspector, Police <br /> Department, Fire Department, etc.). Many meetings and followup inquiries <br /> are necessary to acquire meaningful data from these sources. <br /> The lack of time required to seek additional data, and not the merits <br /> of the Petitioner's presentation, are the reasons for my descending vote. <br /> Michael Makunas <br /> I <br /> -3- <br />
