TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION <br /> Ree Petition of Stephen Zuba and Richard Tellier for a Special Permit <br /> A petition was filed by Stephen Zuba and Richard Tellier, of <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts for a Special Permit under Section 6.3, F-2 of <br /> the land Use Regulations for permission to sell automibles on property <br /> located on Route 130 (Map 27 - Parcel 39), Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws, Chapter 40A as amended by Chapter 808 of the Acts of 1975. <br /> Notice was given by publication by publishing in the Falmouth Enterprise, <br /> a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee on December 4, <br /> 1979 and December. 14, 1979, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br /> part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, December 19, 1979 at 8130 p.m, at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: Michael <br /> r� <br /> Makunas, Chairman, Peter L. Langler, Raymond G. Sweeney. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Zuba explained to the Board that there would be no major <br /> renovation of the Property, and there would be no auto body work done on <br /> the premises. The intension being to have approximately one half dozen cars <br /> on the property at one time, and along with retail sales there would also be <br /> wholesale sales to dealers. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board voted unanimously <br /> to deny the request for a Special Permit as requested. <br /> The Board established that the property was located in a residentially <br /> zoned district (R2). Commercial business is not allowed in this zoning district. <br />
