Houle , Chairman <br /> Gentlemen : <br /> We , the undersigned applicants d/b/a Quaker Run Associates , here- <br /> by make application for a "Comprehensive Permit" , pursuant to M. <br /> G . L. Chapter 40B (Sections 20-33) , to permit the construction of <br /> 132 housing units and associated administrative , maintenance , <br /> parking and recreational facilities on land now owned by Quaker <br /> Run Village Trust (Marvin Blank and Harold Perkins , Trustees) <br /> consisting of 27 . 2+ acres and shown as Lot 1 on a plan entitled <br /> "Plan of Land in Mashpee , Massachusetts - dated August 21 , 1980 , <br /> by G.H .R. Engineering Corpor.ati0n. <br /> Said 132 housing units shall consist of : <br /> a) 64 - 1 bedroom "garden type" apartments each having a <br /> parking space ,. for use by elderly and/or handicap per- <br /> sons pursuant to Section 8 program regulations ; <br /> b) 68 - 2 bedroom "townhouse type" apartments each having <br /> 1. 5 parking spaces , for use by persons without restric- <br /> tion to age pursuant to Section 8 program regulations . <br /> The applicant (s) further represents the following four (4) con- <br /> ditions to the Board of Appeals and respectfully requests that <br /> said Board condition its approval thereon : <br /> 1) All required State and/or Federal financing commitments be <br /> obtained by the applicant prior to commencement of construc- <br /> tion. <br /> 2) No construction shall commence until detailed construction <br /> plans and specifications shall have been approved by appli- <br /> cable State and/or Federalagencies providing funding and <br /> copies of said plans and specifications shall have been <br /> submitted to the Mashpee Building Department. <br />
