TOWN HALL, MASHPEE, MASSACHUSETTS 02649 <br /> pgB DECISION <br /> REo Petition of Lacava Trust for a Special Permit - Case kSP-82-8-022 <br /> A Petition was filed by lacava Trust, of Mashpee, Ma., for a Special <br /> Permit requesting permission to erect a 40 Square foot Development sign <br /> on property located on the corner of Old Barnstable Road and Central <br /> Road, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General laws, Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of <br /> Mashpee, on August 3, 1982 and August 10, 1982, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was heldon the petition at the Mashpee Twon Hall <br /> on Wednesday, August 18, 1982, at 700 p.m, at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughouts <br /> Michael A. Makunas, Manuel E. Costa, Jr, and Virginia T. Landry. <br /> E Mr. John Umina representing lacava Trust made the presentation to <br /> the Board stating the signs dimensions and color. <br />
